Dates of KHARKIV ZA JAZZ FEST'09 have been announced!
KHARKIV ZA JAZZ FEST'09 will take place! At the press conference dedicated to closing of jazz festival 2007-2008 organizers of festival announced the exact dates of KHARKIV ZA JAZZ FEST'09: it will take place in Kharkiv March 24 – March30, 2009.
Again together with you, again next to you...
Holidays of May will be over soon? No, no, no. They will continue on May 24 & 25 in the form of mini jazz-fest – a series of concerts organized by KoKawa-jazz producing centre. Those who adore high-quality music – enjoy Sergey Davydov Jazz Evenings concerts with Vadym Neselovskiy (USA) and «Fatima Spar & The Freedom Fries» band.

Symbol for Kharkiv football club «Metallist» is an elephant.
Official emblem for the Olympics 1980 in Moscow was a bear.
Symbol for Kyiv basketball club «Kyiv» is a wolf.…
Though we don’t have our own symbol yet, bur its name already exists – Çàäæàçóéêà (Zajazzuyka).
It’s absolutely clear according to the name – this is SHE, but how does SHE look like?

«KHARKIV ZA JAZZ FEST»Steering committee announces the contest: draw the festival’s symbol. The winner will get lots of awards:
1) Admission - an article about author on the site, but the most important – a great abundance of toys, pictures, badges…(and whatever else we’ll inventJ)
2) Nominal invitation (2 persons) for all the events ever held by Kharkiv Theatre Centre
3) Opportunity to organize a personal exhibition at «KHARKIV ZA JAZZ FEST 2009».

Not much time to be lost in boredom without jazz! On April 22 a beautiful opportunity will present itself to recall the atmosphere of the Festival and visit the Radmir Expohall exhibition hall. It is here that Bill Evans will play his music.
